4 stacks flour
1 stack melted butter
2 eggs
1 stack powdered sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar

I melted about 300 g of butter - it turned out to be more than a glass. I poured the glass and let it cool. I poured a glass of powdered sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar into it and mixed thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Added 2 eggs and mixed again.

I divided the dough into 15 pieces (it should have been 14, and then the cookies would have been larger) and rolled them into balls. I placed the balls on a baking sheet lined with paper and pressed them lightly with my hand. I made a small indentation in each ball and dropped a drop of egg yolk from a teaspoon.
I baked the sheker churek for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. In this case, the top of the cookies should not brown, but should remain light.
