Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. I put half of the potatoes in a baking dish. I add a little.

Spread the mushrooms on top of the potatoes.

I'm preparing the sauce for the filling. Grind the garlic through a grater and mix with sour cream. Beat thoroughly with a whisk and pour over the mushrooms, gently leveling.

I spread the second half of the potatoes on top. Salt to taste.

After 30 minutes, I take the casserole out of the oven, check it for doneness. Rub cheese and sprinkle with cheese.

Put back in the oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted. Potato casserole with minced meat, cheese and mushrooms is ready.

I cool the dish slightly and serve it to the table. I prefer to serve the casserole with a fresh vegetable salad or a vegetable appetizer. It turns out a very tasty and satisfying dinner.
