    How to start cooking pork chops in the oven

    • Not all meats are suitable for this dish. Too low-fat, stringy pork will produce dry, tough chops. Fatty parts of the carcass are also not recommended. The most suitable raw materials: tenderloin (loin), neck part, shoulder blade. Meat for chops should ideally be marbled - contain a moderate amount of fatty layers throughout the thickness. The internal fat, gradually melting when baking in the oven, will make the chops tender, juicy, fragrant.
    • Cut the meat should be across the location of the fibers. With this cutting method, all the meat juice will remain inside. The recommended thickness of the pieces is 1.5-1.7 cm.

The chops were cooked in literally 5-7 minutes, despite the fact that the blanks were not too thin. The dish came out very juicy. The bacon chips gave it a slight shashlik flavor.

    Coarsely grate the carrots. Fry until golden brown. Cut the onion into thin half rings, cucumbers into halves of circles or cubes, bacon into squares.
