Ingredients:

To prepare the salad, we need (for 2 servings):

white cabbage - 200 grams; carrots - 150 grams; pomegranate (grains) - 50 grams; honey - 1 tsp; vinegar - 1 tsp; sunflower oil - 1 tsp; salt, spices.

Cooking:

Ground black pepper 3 gr (1/2 teaspoon)

Step 1 Preparing the Vegetables

Rinse the red cabbage. Finely cut into thin strips no more than 0.5 cm thick. Rinse the carrots well. Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. (I used a Korean carrot grater).
