Ingredients:

  • cream - 200 ml;
  • unleavened dough for dumplings - 0.5 kg;
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • ghee - for frying.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Roll out the dough, dusting the table with flour. Put mince on it. Roll the dough into a roll.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in oil, add finely chopped garlic.

Cut the roll into pieces 3-4 cm wide, across. Set them on a pillow of carrots.

Pour in the cream, add 100 ml of water and simmer covered over low heat for about half an hour.

Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;

  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Add flour and 0.3 teaspoon of salt. Mix well. Boil lightly salted water (1 teaspoon per 2 liters).

Dip a spoon into boiling water and with this spoon pinch off a little dough. Dip a spoon with a piece of dough into boiling water, make a shaking movement with a spoon under water - and the lazy dumpling will come off it by itself.

Form lazy dumplings with a spoon, each time dipping the spoon into the water until the dough runs out.

As soon as all the dumplings float to the surface, cook them for another two minutes and catch them with a slotted spoon. Place dumplings in a bowl and add butter.

Ingredients:

  • kefir - 1 glass;

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 500 g;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • cabbage - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

For sauce:

  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • flour - for breading;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Peel the cabbage, chop not very finely. Pour boiling water over and leave for 15-20 minutes. This will make her softer. Rinse the rice well, add to the minced meat. Squeeze the cabbage, add to the rice with minced meat. Beat in the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Form oblong cutlets from the resulting mass. Dip them in flour. Fry the cabbage rolls on both sides until golden brown in hot vegetable oil. Mix tomato paste with sour cream, pour 300 ml of water, salt to taste, stir. Pour the stuffed cabbage with the resulting liquid, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook lazy cabbage rolls under a lid over low heat until tender, about 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Wash the chicken fillet, cut into thin plates, then into strips and finely chop. Finely chop the onion. Beat eggs, mix minced chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, onion, pepper and salt.

CAKE "GYPSY" INGREDIENTS: For the cake: ● granulated sugar - 2 cups ● cocoa powder (only real, bitter!) - 2 tbsp. spoons ● eggs - 4 pcs. ● low-fat sour cream or natural yogurt - 2 cups (400-450 gr.) ● wheat flour - 3 cups ● soda - 1 teaspoon ● vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon For cream: ● butter - 200 gr. ● boiled condensed milk (namely milk, not a "milk and vegetable product"!) - 1 can (about 350 gr.) ● cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp. spoons ● milk - 3-5 tbsp. spoons For impregnation: ● strong brewed sweet tea (almost tea leaves) - 1 cup ● a little strong alcohol - cognac, vodka PREPARATION: Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs, yogurt, sour cream, add flour and mix them thoroughly so that no lumps remain in the dough and white inclusions of flour. Next, extinguish the soda with vinegar and mix into the dough. Then immediately pour the dough (it will be quite liquid) into a greased form. Place the form in the oven and bake at t 180 * C. for about 30-40 minutes, until cooked. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool and remove from the form. Prepare cream. Mix butter and boiled condensed milk. Then dilute the cocoa with warm milk and add to the cream. Mix everything thoroughly again. Cream is ready! With a sharp knife, cut the cooled cake into three "washer" cakes. Prepare impregnation for cakes by mixing strong sweet tea and any alcohol. Cherry liqueur is ideal (then you do not need to add sugar to tea). Or you can just mix vodka with cherry jam. Gently saturate the bottom cake with a teaspoon. Then spread cream on it - a little less than half of the total amount. Put cherries on top of the cream - fresh or canned. Then cover the bottom cake with the second and repeat the procedure. Leave a little cream to lubricate the top. Lubricate the top cake with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with berries. Bon appetit!

1. Peel and chop vegetables. Fry in vegetable (preferably corn) oil until half cooked.

2. Add chopped sausages to the onions with carrots (boiled smoked sausage is suitable as a replacement). Continue frying until browned.

3. Prepare a heat-resistant form: oil, generously sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 of the puree in an even layer, on it - the sausage-vegetable mixture.

4. Crumble hard cheese on a grater. Mix with finely chopped greens and spread over the frying.

5. Cover the filling with the remaining potatoes. Season with vegetable spices.

6. The last layer is sour cream; complete the design by carefully leveling the surface. Potato casserole with cheese takes ten to fifteen minutes to cook.
