  • Apples - 4 pcs.
  • Prunes - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cognac - 2 tablespoons

For aromatic rub:

  • Lemon zest - from 2 lemons
  • Thyme - 1 tbsp.
  • Rosemary - 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf - 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

For the spicy sauce:

  • Cold boiled water - 75 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar - 2.5 tbsp.
  • Mustard - 0.5 tbsp.
  • Parsley - a small bunch
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumbers -2 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

pork - 1 kg

sour cream (15%) - 200 ml
vodka - 30 ml
salt - 2 tsp
smoked lard - 200 g
rice - 230 g
juice of half a lemon - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

Cut the meat into 4x4 cm cubes.

salt - ½ tsp

Cooking:
