We put the vegetable pieces in a bowl, salt (I use 0.5 teaspoon). Let the zucchini marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. I advise you to keep old zucchini for about half an hour.

During this time, we will prepare garlic mayonnaise: just peel a couple of medium cloves of garlic and pass them through a garlic press (you can chop on a fine grater). Add garlic to mayonnaise. Pepper to taste.
