And today's menu is made up of the simplest and no less delicious recipes, according to which it will not be difficult to cook. And it won't take too long either. These recipes are perfect for both the holiday and the weekday.

It's no secret that almost all men love hamburgers. Therefore, for breakfast, we prepare this simple and delicious foreign sandwich.


We will need:

  • smoked, boiled, baked meat (any) - 500 - 600 gr
  • buns with sesame seeds for a hamburger - 3 - 4 pcs
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • lettuce

For sauce:

  • egg - 2 pcs
  • olives - 10 -15 pcs
  • parsley - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • mayonnaise - 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons

Cooking:

1. First we need to boil the eggs for the sauce. They should not be cooked for long, as they boil, only two minutes. In finished form, they should be with a liquid yolk inside. After they are cooked, lower them into cold water so that they cool as quickly as possible, otherwise the liquid yolk will not work.

2. In the meantime, the eggs are boiled and cooled, let's take care of the buns. We cut them in half and fry in a hot pan without oil until golden brown.



3. You can use any meat - pork, beef, chicken, turkey will do. When you go to the refrigerator in the meat department, you always look at the appearance of the meat. So here is what we liked from that and we will cook. I liked the turkey. It is not greasy, not dry, slightly smoked and very tasty. So the hamburger will be the same.

If I have time and minced meat, then I fry special flat cutlets. I make them thin, and thanks to this they fry very quickly. Then the burgers are obtained, as in McDonald's.

But today is a quick recipe using cooked meat. We need to cut it into flat pieces, as for sandwiches. For one bun, count on 3 - 4 pieces 0.5 cm thick. Yes, not one at a time, but exactly 4, we are preparing - after all, for the holiday!

4. Cucumbers cut into thin slices. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels.

5. Prepare the sauce. Break the eggs with a fork. Grind greens and olives, by the way, they can be replaced with capers. Mix all ingredients.



6. Put the sauce on the bottom of the bun.


Put meat on it in a random order, cucumbers and greens on top. Cover with the top of the bun.



7. Serve with tea or coffee. Whether cold or hot. But always with good and warm words and wishes. Eat with pleasure!

A homemade hot dog is always tastier than store-bought. And you can cook it very quickly, especially if you buy everything you need ahead of time.

1. Cut the hot dog bun on one side so that it is convenient to put the filling in it.

2. Wash and dry cucumbers and tomatoes. Then cut them into slices. Cheese cut into slices of the same size.

3. For hot dogs, sausages are usually used, they must be of good quality. Unfortunately these are hard to find these days. Therefore, I will not use sausages, but smoked chicken breast. Here you can already see exactly what is in the composition. Cut the breast as desired, either into strips, or, as I do, into a long layer about 1 cm thick.

4. Put a lettuce leaf, meat or sausage in a bun, then vegetables, cheese and pour ketchup on top. If a man likes spicy food, then it is best to add spicy ketchup.


Unfortunately, I didn’t have lettuce leaves at that time, so for color and aroma, I put a sprig of dill. But, I promise that I will prepare better for the holiday.

5. Put in the microwave or oven, heat until the cheese is melted.

6. Serve with hot tea or coffee.

Hot sandwich with cheese, meat and vegetables

Hot cheese sandwiches are one of the simplest and most delicious. And for the holiday, you can diversify it by adding meat, vegetables and an egg. In addition, you can cook it from bread crumbs. What is not a replacement for foreign fast food.

We will need:

  • bread crumbs - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • meat any smoked or smoked - boiled - 300 gr
  • boiled egg - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 100 gr
  • cucumber - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • tomato - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • radish - 3 - 4 pcs.

  • ketchup - optional

Cooking:

1. Wash vegetables, pat dry with paper towels and cut into slices or half slices. So that they can be conveniently laid out on the edges.

2. You can take any meat for sandwiches, the one that is in the refrigerator, or the one you buy. I use boiled smoked beef for sandwiches. We cut it into a large flat piece about 1 cm thick.

3. Peel the egg and cut it into flat slices as well. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Put all the ingredients in any order on the bottom of the crust.


I laid out in this sequence - cucumber, tomato, meat, radish, egg, cheese. You can add spicy ketchup to the middle, if desired.


5. Cover with the top of the crust and bake in the microwave until the cheese spreads and soaks all layers.


6. Serve with tea or coffee.

Vegetables and meat can be wrapped in pita bread, and then breakfast can be served. This is one of the favorite men's dishes.

However, breakfast can be cooked and more complicated! For example, you can cook pancakes. A large number of recipes are given in a special article. But today we will cook them according to the recipe, which is not in this article. My husband loves this dish very much.

Pancake pie with butter and eggs

We will need:

  • flour - 1.5 cups
  • milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp. spoons
  • salt - 0.5 tsp

For filling:

  • butter - 100 gr
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • salt - to taste
  • berries or fruits for garnish

Cooking:

1. Mix eggs with a fork, add milk, salt and add sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

2. Sift the flour into a deep bowl and gradually pour the liquid component into it, mixing thoroughly. Pour half first, mix until the lumps disappear. Then, continuing to stir, pour in the remaining part. You can use a whisk for this.

3. When the mixture becomes homogeneous and completely ready, add the oil, and mix again.

4. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes, then grease the pan with oil and bake pancakes.

5. While the pancakes are baking, melt the butter in a water bath and beat the eggs into it. Salt and stir.

6. When all the pancakes are ready, let's start collecting the pie.

7. Put one pancake on the bottom of the pan, brush it with butter and egg. Then put the next pancake and grease it. And so, spread until the pancakes run out.

8. You can cut the cake into 4 parts, or leave it whole. Cover with foil. Put in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

Or leave it in the pan. Cover with a lid and put on a very slow fire for 15 minutes.

During this time, the pancakes will be soaked with butter and egg and will be very tasty. If you simmer them in a pan, then the bottom pancake will be baked, it will become fried and crispy. This is my husband's favorite.


Decorate the top of the pancake pie with any fruit or berries, canned.

This is a recipe that is called in Russian. But you can cook with a foreign accent.

French pancakes "Suzette"

We will need:

  • cream 10% - 350 ml
  • wheat flour - 350 gr
  • eggs - 6 pcs
  • sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • salt - a pinch
  • liquor - 0.5 cups
  • butter
  • Orange juice

Cooking:

1. Sift flour, mix with eggs, salt and sugar. Gradually pour in the cream, while stirring continuously.

2. When the mass becomes homogeneous, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Bake thin pancakes. Each roll up or just fold in four.

4. Warm orange juice in a water bath, pour into a gravy boat.

5. When serving, drizzle with melted butter, liqueur and orange juice.


This is such a simple and delicious recipe. And with such a name, it will be a real surprise for all men.

Another great breakfast idea is this. I already told how to cook it in one of the articles using the example of 22 recipes. Therefore, in order not to repeat myself, I propose to cook today a frittata, or an omelet in Italian.

Italian frittata with mushrooms and spinach

Frittata is cooked first in a frying pan, and then comes to readiness in the oven. Various vegetables and ingredients can be used as fillings. As well as in, but the cooking technology must be observed.


We will need:

  • eggs - 4 - 5 pcs
  • champignons - 200 gr
  • spinach (can be frozen) - 150 gr
  • hard cheese - 50 gr
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • onion - leek, or regular - 0.5 pcs
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

1. Finely chop the mushrooms, cut the onion into small cubes. In Italy, leeks are used, they are more tender and not as bitter. So see for yourself which one you will use.

2. Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until it is slightly softened and browned. Add mushrooms and simmer all together for 5 minutes.


3. Add spinach, and simmer all together for another 3 - 4 minutes. If there is no spinach, it is still winter, then you can add parsley. It will also be delicious.

4. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Then add grated cheese to the mixture. In Italy they use parmesan, but we use Russian hard cheese.

5. Add spinach with mushrooms and onions to the egg mixture, mix everything.


Pour into prepared and oiled baking dish. And you can, as I bake in muffin molds.


6. Bake the frittata in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

7. Ready-made frittata exceeds all the wildest expectations in terms of taste. Delicious, incomparable to anything, and very satisfying!


As mentioned above, you can use tomatoes, bell peppers, and even boiled potatoes left over from dinner as a filling. Everything that only suffices your imagination.

So, we got a pretty extensive breakfast. When I cooked such breakfasts, all my family refused lunch and we had an early dinner that day. That's why I won't stop for lunch. But still, if you decide to cook it, I highly recommend thick soups of oriental cuisine - or. All my male acquaintances always eat them with pleasure.

We will need:

  • boiled chicken fillet or meat - 250 gr
  • canned or fried mushrooms - 250 gr
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs
  • small apples - 2 - 3 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • boiled carrots - 1 pc.
  • melted cheese - 100 gr
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr (but less can be)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • liquid honey - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste

For decoration:

  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs (or lettuce leaves)

Cooking:

1. Peel the chicken breast and cut into small pieces, you can also cook from boiled beef.

2. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 15 minutes to release the bitterness. Then drain the boiling water and rinse the onion with cold water.

3. Let the water drain, then pour apple cider vinegar, add honey, a little salt and mix. Leave the onion to marinate.

4. Put the chopped meat or breast into a large flat plate in the form of a square.


Next lay out the pickled onions.


5. Grind pickled mushrooms. And put it on the next layer.


If the mushrooms are frozen, then they can be fried along with part of the onion, cut into cubes.

6. Grate carrots on a coarse grater and put on mushrooms. This layer should be smeared with mayonnaise.


7. Peel the apples and rub on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer. So that they do not darken, also lightly grease them with mayonnaise.


8. Peel and separate boiled eggs into proteins and yolks. Rub the yolk on a fine grater and put on a layer of mayonnaise.

9. Processed cheese can also be rubbed, you can on a coarse grater and put on the yolks. To make it easier to rub the cheese, you need to hold it for some time in the freezer.


10. This layer must also be smeared with mayonnaise, and not only the top, but also the side walls should be smeared.

11. Rub the protein on a medium grater and put it on top and on the sides.

12. In order to decorate the salad with festive ribbons, we need a knife for cleaning and slicing vegetables and a medium-length cucumber. With a knife it is necessary to cut thin long cucumber plates in the amount of 5 - 6 pieces.

I thought for a long time what to come up with a themed salad, and did not find anything better in design than a star. As they say, it turned out simply, but with taste. Such a salad can be prepared using any of those that you like as a base. I took it as a basis, everyone certainly loves it.

  • boiled carrots - 2 pcs
  • boiled egg - 2 pcs

1. Peel vegetables and eggs. Grate vegetables on a coarse grater. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. And rub on a fine grater.

2. Put the lettuce leaves in a large flat plate as a base and decoration for the salad.

3. Put the grated potatoes in the first layer, giving it the shape of a star. This will take most of the cooked potatoes, leaving a smaller part for the next layer.


4. Open a jar of saury, put 2/3 of the jar without juice into a separate bowl and mash with a fork. Since the salad is small, there will be a lot of the whole jar. But sometimes there is more liquid in the jar than fish. In this case, use the entire saury.

You can use not only saury, but also any canned fish. And you can also take boiled, fried. baked or salted fish, such as red. In this case, the salad will actually turn out to be festive.

5. Put the fish on a layer of potatoes, keeping the shape of a star.


6. Lay out the remaining potatoes with the next layer. And although it is quite a bit for a layer, it is quite enough to partially cover the fish and pour it all over with 3 teaspoons of fish juice from a jar. Less mayonnaise.


7. The next layer of carrots. This layer should be smeared with a small amount of mayonnaise. It's a matter of taste here, someone likes salads with a lot of it, someone with less. Therefore, coat the layers to your liking.


8. Then egg white. We also grease this layer with mayonnaise.


9. Well, the yolk will go with the last layer. We distribute it by star. We try to sprinkle the side walls as much as possible.

10. Decorate as you wish. You can get creative with decorations. Lay out, for example, not only the number 23, but also all the side walls with pomegranate seeds.


If you make a salad with red salted fish, then you can decorate with red caviar. Such a salad can be called the “General Star”, and in this case, the husband should be addressed only as “My General!”

Almost all men love pilaf, I know this firsthand. I often cook pilaf and often for various holidays and events. There are several on my blog pages. If you wish, follow any of the proposed recipes and you will cook such pilaf as real Uzbeks cook it.

But in order not to repeat myself, today I want to offer a version of the Armenian holiday pilaf with dried fruits. I hope that this pilaf will find its admirers.

We will need:

  • rice - 2 cups
  • raisins - 100 gr
  • dried apricots - 100 gr
  • pitted dates - 100 gr
  • almonds - 70 gr
  • melted butter - 0.5 cups
  • thin pita bread - 1 pc.
  • pomegranate seeds - for decoration, optional
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. Rinse dried fruits thoroughly, dry with a paper towel. Then put in a saucepan and put in a water bath for 30 minutes.

2. Add 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons of melted butter, let it melt, mix and remove the fruit from the bath.

3. Pour 6 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Salt the water to taste by adding about 1 tbsp. spoon and pour the washed rice into it.

4. Cook the rice almost until tender, leaving it slightly undercooked. Then put the rice in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

5. Now the fun begins. Grease the bottom of the cauldron with 1/3 of melted butter. Cover it with pita bread and lay out 1/3 of the rice. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter.

6. Then put 1/3 of the rice back in and drizzle with oil again. Then lay out the remaining rice and drizzle with the remaining oil.

7. Wrap the lid of the cauldron on the inside with a towel and cover the cauldron with it. If water remains in the cauldron, the towel will absorb excess moisture.

8. Put the cauldron on a small fire and simmer the rice for 15 - 20 minutes.

9. Then put the rice on a large dish and decorate with stewed fruits and nuts. You can use any nuts, not just almonds! Top for beauty, you can sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.


Such a pilaf is not often prepared. And you will be able to surprise all the men present at the celebration.

3. In a separate container, mix cognac, wine, oil, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove thyme leaves and add them to the mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients.

4. Put the meat in a bowl, pour each layer with marinade and so on until the meat runs out. Pour the rest of the marinade on top. Put in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

5. Fry the meat in the oven on a wire rack on the grill mode for 4 - 6 minutes on each side, periodically pouring marinade over it. Place a baking sheet under the meat so that the juice flows there and does not stain the oven. If possible, the meat can also be baked on the grill using a wire rack.


If there is no “grill” mode in the oven, then the meat can be baked in foil until cooked. It will also be delicious.

6. Serve hot, with fresh or baked vegetables and fresh herbs.

Japanese tonkatsu pork chops

Many men love pork chops, and it turned out that not only with us. In Japan, they cook pork chops in such an interesting way.

We will need:

  • pork pulp (without fat) - 400 - 500 gr
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • dry white bread - 50 gr
  • flour - 50 gr
  • oil - for frying
  • salt, pepper - to taste

For sauce:

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar or preferably honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • ready-made mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • ground spices - cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg - a pinch each

Cooking:

1. Cut the pork into thin flat portioned pieces and lightly beat it with a hammer. Pork meat is tender, and therefore it is better to beat it off, wrapping it in cling film.

2. Then remove the film and sprinkle each piece on all sides with salt and pepper. Let it lie down a bit.

3. In the meantime, grind dry bread with a blender into large crumbs, or you can use ready-made breadcrumbs. Lay them out on a flat plate.

4. Pour flour onto another plate.

5. Separately, in a bowl, beat the eggs with two tablespoons of water, you can use a fork for this.

6. Put the pan on the fire and warm the oil in it.

7. Roll the pork pieces in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.

8. Fry the chops in a pan for 7 - 9 minutes until golden brown. Turning back and forth several times is not recommended, you only need to turn it once.

9. Put on a plate, cut into narrow strips if desired.


10. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients. Serve along with chops.

Roast pork in sweet glaze with beer

A truly festive and very tasty dish that will impress anyone present at the festive table. Cooking it is not fast, but everything can be done in advance.

We will need:

  • pork ham - 1.8 kg
  • potatoes - 800 gr
  • onion - 4 pcs
  • meat broth - 250 ml.
  • dark beer - 6 tbsp. spoons
  • orange jam
  • vegetable oil
  • clove - handful
  • thyme
  • Bay leaf
  • salt pepper

Cooking:

1. Fill the ham with cold water at the rate of 1 tbsp. spoon per liter of water. After 12 hours, drain the water and replace it with fresh, also salty. Leave for another 12 hours.

2. Then place the meat in fresh water, bring to a boil, salt to taste and cook for 4-5 hours. 2 hours after the start of cooking, put 2 onions into the water. whole. At the end of cooking, add pepper and bay leaf. Take out the meat and refrigerate.

3. Make cuts in the form of rhombuses on the meat, stick a clove into the middle of each rhombus.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Onion cut into half rings.

5. Fry in oil in a thick-walled pan until half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Pour in the broth, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Mix beer and jam.

With this recipe, you can quickly prepare a delicious main dish of meat.

  • ground beef - 600 gr
  • smoked sausage - 70 gr
  • grated cheese - 50 gr

Cooking:

3. Form a cake in the form of a pan, roll on both sides in flour and fry it in olive oil on both sides.

4. Mix tomato paste with chopped herbs and lemon juice. 5 minutes before readiness, pour the meat cake with this sauce and simmer everything together.

5. Serve hot, cut into portions.

Whole oven baked chicken

We will need:

If there is no time to deal with yeast dough, then you can always offer a replacement - kefir dough. It cooks quickly, but it turns out no less tasty.

We will need (for 18 pieces):

  • minced meat - 400 gr
  • onion - 2 heads
  • spices for meat
  • salt pepper
  • boiled water, or broth - 0.5 cups
  • vegetable oil - for frying

For test:

  • flour - 4 cups
  • kefir - 1.5 cups
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - 1 teaspoon

Cooking:

1. Knead the dough. To do this, sift the flour through a sieve into a bowl. Add salt and beat the egg into the middle, shake with a fork.

2. Dilute soda in half a glass of kefir, and let stand for a while until bubbles appear on the surface.

3. Add kefir to flour, mix. Then slowly pour in the remaining kefir.


4. Knead the dough first in a bowl and then on the table. Knead until plasticity and uniformity. Cover with a bowl or paper towel and let sit for 30 minutes.

5. Prepare minced meat. Cut the onion as small as possible, into cubes, add it to the minced meat. Salt, pepper, add broth or boiled water. You can add spices if you wish. Mix thoroughly and let stand for a while.


6. When 30 minutes pass and the dough is infused, we will start making whites. Cut off a piece from the dough, roll up the sausage and divide it into several equal parts.


7. Roll up rounds 1 cm thick and 12 - 15 cm in diameter.

8. Put a full tablespoon of minced meat in the middle and blind the whites.


9. In a cauldron or a frying pan with high sides, heat the oil to a bluish haze. The oil should reach the middle of the belyash. Put the whites with the hole down and fry over medium heat until golden brown.


10. Then turn over with a slotted spoon to the other side. It is no longer necessary to turn it back over, otherwise all the juice will flow out.


11. Put the finished whites on paper towels. to absorb excess fat.


12. Serve with sour cream, kefir, hot broth or tea. Eat with pleasure.

If the whites remain uneaten, then they can be eaten even cold, or you can warm them up in the microwave.

Pizza in Russian from yeast dough

We call this pizza so because we cook it most often from what is in the refrigerator. And since you can always find a lot of things in the refrigerator, it always turns out thick and tasty! At the same time, you can buy the dough in the store, but you can cook it yourself. But since there are a lot of fillings, it is better to have yeast dough.

We will need:

  • ready-made yeast dough - 1 kg
  • meat, sausage or chicken - 200-300 gr
  • cheese - 300 gr
  • soft-boiled egg - 2 pcs
  • any mushrooms - 150 -200 gr
  • pickled cucumber - 2 pcs
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • ketchup - optional

Cooking:

I wrote those products from which we cook pizza today. You may have a different composition and quantity may also vary.

1. Meat, mushrooms, cucumbers and eggs cut into small strips or cubes.

2. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

4. Roll out the dough. You can roll out all the dough at once, then the pizza will turn out magnificent. But I leave part of the dough for the second small pizza. Therefore, I roll out most of the size of the baking sheet.

5. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and lay out the rolled layer. Lightly stretch it with your hands.

6. Lubricate the top with ketchup if desired. Then lay out the prepared filling in the following sequence - meat, mushrooms, cucumber, egg.

7. Then a layer of tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese on top.


8. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is browned.


9. Take out the pizza and brush the edges of the pizza with butter to make them soft.


This pizza is my husband's favorite. And therefore, if I decide to cook it for February 23 in this form.

And for the son of a vegetarian, this pizza turned out, there is no meat in it. The rest of the ingredients can be left the same.

Pear pie with whipped cream

We will need:

  • egg - 4 pcs
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • vegetable oil - for lubrication
  • milk - 1/3 cup
  • soda - 0, 5 teaspoons
  • pears - 2 - 3 pcs

Cooking:

1. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar into a foam.

2. Add oil while continuing to beat. Then milk and flour mixed with soda.

Ingredients:

  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - for dressing when serving.
  • Black pepper - 5 peas.
  • Fresh lemon - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

Cooking:

1. Thoroughly wash all types of fresh meat. Pour water into a large saucepan and put the veal on the bone.

2. We peel one onion from the husk and send it to cook in the same pan along with smoked ribs and pork slices.

3. During cooking, be sure to remove the foam so that it does not settle, does not spoil the transparency of the broth and does not begin to float with lumps. Also, during cooking, you need to salt the broth. 15 minutes before the meat is ready, throw in bay leaves and peppercorns.

4. When the meat is cooked, take it out to cool on a plate. We remove the onion and spices. If you still didn’t follow the foam, then it’s better to strain the rich broth and pour it into a clean saucepan.

5. Cut one pickled cucumber into strips or small quarters.

6. Grate the second cucumber for the thickness of the hodgepodge.

7. The second onion is peeled, chopped into strips and sautéed in sunflower oil until half cooked.

8. Add chopped cucumbers to the onion and season with tomato paste.

9. Mix everything well and simmer for 10 minutes.

10. We clean the boiled veal and ribs from the bones and chop into strips that are convenient for eating.

11. We clean the boiled pork cut from films and cartilage and also chop it into strips. We grind sausages, sausages and boiled pork.

It was precisely tender beef that Count Stroganov wanted, and his French chef applied maximum ingenuity to satisfy the demand of the gourmet and his guests.

Although now this dish is prepared from both animal meat and poultry, the original recipe called for beef. Lamb is not suitable due to its fat content and specific taste.

Meat strips must be rolled in flour before frying, so that the juice remains sealed inside.

Another secret of the wonderful taste of this meat dish, so loved by men, lies in the creamy sauce of sour cream and cream. It is he who gives a sweet aftertaste with unexpected sourness and tenderness to the fried pieces.


Ingredients:

  • Beef pulp - 0.5 kg.
  • Cream, sour cream - 100 ml each.
  • Potatoes - 0.7 kg.
  • Milk - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l. + 2 tbsp. l.

4. Pour sunflower oil into the pan and add butter. When the oil mixture is hot, send the chopped onion to fry for literally 1 minute.

5. Put the boned meat sticks on top and stew the meat on the onion pillow for about 5 minutes.

6. Mix well so that the meat is well fried on both sides to a beautiful brown crust and does not give juice. It should look like it is in a delicate glaze.

7. Salt and pepper to your liking, mix. First, add sour cream and, stirring slowly, let the meat soak in it for a couple of minutes, and then pour in the cream and simmer for ten minutes with occasional stirring.

8. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel and cut into pieces.

9. Boil in lightly salted water. As soon as it is ready, drain the water and knead with a crush.

10. You can directly in the process of kneading or already when the potatoes are in a mushy state, add milk and 2 tbsp. l. butter. Mix well to form an air mass.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh chicken fillet - 200 gr.
  • Fetax cheese - 50 gr.
  • Chinese cabbage - 80 gr.
  • Slice of bread - 2 pcs.
  • Red bell pepper - 35 gr.
  • Canned corn - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Mandarin - 4 slices.
  • Garlic clove - 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Provence herbs - ½ tsp
  • Sesame - 3 tsp
  • Dried basil - ½ tsp
  • Salt, pepper, dill - to taste

Cooking:

1. First, let's prepare bread crumbs with impregnation. To do this, cut the bread slices into one and a half centimeter cubes.

2. Grind a clove of garlic with a garlic press and combine in a bowl with vegetable oil and Provence herbs. So that the croutons do not turn out “fresh”, lightly salt the resulting sauce and whisk well with a fork or spoon.

3. Dip the bread cubes in butter sauce and put them in a baking dish or on a small baking sheet, and then dry them in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. It will take about 20 minutes to get beautiful fried crispy pieces. And so that they do not burn on one side - periodically mix them during the drying process.

4. Cut fresh chicken meat into beautiful small cubes. Salt and pepper to your taste and roll in sesame seeds so that they look like breaded. We send the rolled sticks to fry in heated sunflower oil and, with occasional stirring, cook them for about 5 minutes so that the meat has time to fry and not to fry. It is very important that it remains juicy inside.

5. Cut the cabbage into short strips.

6. Similarly, chop the bell pepper with straws.

7. Cooking cheese balls with spices. To do this, grind the clove of garlic with a garlic press and finely chop the fresh dill. We combine them with cheese and dry basil. Blend well until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • Drying - 30 pcs.
  • Minced chicken - 350 gr.
  • Milk - ½ liter.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic clove - 1 pc.
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Cheese - 150 gr.
  • Breadcrumbs - 100 gr.
  • Flour - 200 gr.
  • Sunflower oil - 1/4 cup.
  • Spices, salt, herbs - to taste.

Cooking:

1. So that the snack does not have to be chewed, it is necessary to soak the dryers in cold milk. To do this, we leave them to soften for about half an hour and keep an eye on them so that they do not become limp, but simply slightly swollen and softened on the outside, and remain hard inside.

In no case do not heat the milk, because drying in a warm liquid will simply turn sour!

2. Grind the onion along with your favorite herbs and garlic. You can do this with a blender or by hand.

3. Add minced chicken and pepper. We combine with chicken yolk and the previous chopped components. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.

4. We cut the cheese into cubes, which will fit into the drying hole in size. Approximately centimeter by centimeter for the number of snacks (30 pcs.).

Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use a ready-made bag of breadcrumbs for chicken.

7. Roll each stuffed drying first in flour, then dip in lezon and roll in breadcrumbs. Then we fry the breaded “bombs” in a deep fryer or in hot oil in a deep frying pan.

8. Let the excess oil absorb into a paper towel for at least a minute and serve hot so that the inside of the cheese is still melted.

I was surprised by the recent discovery that most men who are not very fond of sweets are still madly in love with the Napoleon cake. Crispy puff pastry with custard, it turns out, was to the taste of the stronger sex!

Ingredients:

Puff cakes:

  • Flour - 600 gr.
  • Cold water - 150 ml.
  • Butter - 400 gr.
  • Cognac - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - a pinch.
Custard:

  1. Milk - 1.5 liters.
  2. Butter 82% - 200 gr. + 30 gr.
  3. Sugar - 360 gr.
  4. Yolks - 7 pcs.
  5. Vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

1. Carefully separate the yolks from the eggs and mix them with regular and vanilla sugar. We grind them to a homogeneous mass.

2. Pour in a third of cold milk.

3. Mix well until smooth.

4. Pour the sifted flour and stir gently so that no lumps are formed that we do not need.

5. Add another third of the milk and mix until a creamy homogeneous consistency.

6. Pour the remaining third of the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil with occasional stirring. Then, in a thin stream with vigorous stirring, so that the yolks do not “brew”, pour it into the egg-milk mixture.

7. Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan and over low heat, constantly stirring with a whisk or spatula, heat until thickened, without boiling.

8. Put the butter (a piece of 30 grams) into the hot mixture and cool to room temperature under a lid in a water bath. It is advisable to stir periodically so that the hard crust does not freeze.

9. In a separate cup, beat the melted butter (200 grams) with a mixer.

10. Beat the thickened egg-milk mixture with a whisk or a mixer.

11. Gradually add the egg-milk substance to the whipped butter in a couple of tablespoons.

12. Beat each approach with a mixer until smooth.

13. Gradually combining the components, we should get a lush, homogeneous, beautiful and very tasty custard that can be used immediately, even after storage in the refrigerator (but not more than 2 days, because the cream contains raw yolks!).

14. In a separate bowl, combine cognac with cold water and vinegar. Then, in a glass or a deep bowl, stir the eggs with salt and combine them with a cognac-water solution. Mix until smooth. No need to beat!

15. Cut the butter into cubes and spread on top of the sifted flour.

16. Using a knife, chop the butter with flour so that you get a small crumb.

This procedure can also be carried out in a food processor.

17. We collect the butter-flour mixture in a small hill, in the center of which we make a “crater” and pour the previously prepared solution into it.

18. Knead a dense dough that is pleasant to the hands. We divide it into 12 identical balls, which, having covered with a film, put it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

19. We send a baking sheet to a preheated to 220 degrees for literally 40 seconds, then take it out and, turning it upside down, sprinkle it lightly with flour. We put a ball of dough and press it slightly in the middle with a rolling pin.

20. Roll out each ball right on the baking sheet to the state of a thin cake.

21. Put a plate on top and cut off the excess dough along its edge. Slightly move it aside, but do not remove it.

22. So that we do not get swollen, clumsy cakes, we evenly apply punctures with a fork all over the circle.

24. Carefully pick up each cake with a knife or spatula and put it to cool on a flat surface, and put the baked dough scraps on a plate.

26. Grind the trimmings to the state of crumbs, which will serve as a sprinkling for the cake.

27. In a wide detachable form, line the bottom along with the edges with cling film or foil. We put the first cake in the center.

28. Apply 3-4 tablespoons of cream.
